What’s in a domain name?
Believe it or not, all domains have a digital character (DC). It allows them to stand out from their competitors or fit in with the vast crowd of domains. A domain’s DC is comprised of its visual appeal (i.e., aesthetics or typography), its phonetics (how it sounds to the human mind), its digital moral standing (how it positively or negatively affects the human conscience), and finally, but no less important, its descriptive element and traffic-driving value, meaning its ability to be a strong digital instrument that has the potential to amass a lot of people around its idea, as well as the potential to enhance the bottom lines and popularity of companies, organizations, governments, and/or individuals that acquire them.
