“Forty-two journalists who had been sued for invasion of privacy: ‘What Were You Thinking? A Survey of Journalists who were Sued for Invasion of Privacy” — Paul S. Voakes
It’s an old “pay for” article, and study, that cites forty-two [42] journalists sued for privacy invasion but then don’t list the names of the 42 journalists sued. It’s kind of like CNN’s failure to hire and pay competitively, a sharp Black heterosexual celebrity male journalist for prime time to join its network; what a BIG disappointment. Think about it, due to the inherent nature of their jobs, the names and faces of journalists sued for privacy invasion should be the last professionals shielded from the public.
