The odds are that no amount of consoling will suffice for people bearing this level of hostility and bitterness. Pray for their souls, because their souls are dead set on torturing what has harmed theirs. Remember, God is love, and it would be irresponsible for a person of faith to choose indifference before prayer. Deuteronomy 32:35 applies here. However, some people believe God has appointed them to do the work for Him. You’re not a forsaken child of God. And also know that human gods are only powerful to the extent that they consciously believe they are gods.
