Mainstream Media’s Moral Authority Cred Near Zero

Considering mainstream media’s history and its alliances, I would note that the industry hardly has the moral authority to either arbitrate, mediate, referee, and/or especially coerce the opinions of the citizens it serves involving atrocious events that have given rise to social, political, or civil unrest, particularly in that the news media’s job by all accounts is to merely record, report, and reposit the facts of the news in the ways that it has been presented to it.
