Dear America,
What is it about African American men that they are not hired into senior-level leadership positions that reflect the percentages of America’s diversity—either within the hierarchies of American institutions or corporations? I suspect some of the barriers to entry in those roles are the usual culprits (i.e., cultural fears, racism, biases, etc.). Shrouded in secrecy, when will the laws of second-class citizenry actually end for Black people in America?
