BLOW The Whistle: The FBI should investigate the cable TV advertisement industry that are managing ad rotations on the networks of ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX, NBC, MSNBC; particularly, for accessing smart TVs’ audio and visual internet technologies without permission nor authority and then use the streaming data to serve tailored ads to private American citizens’ homes — and or use the data to engage in either malicious, malign, or mischievous activities. Further, the U.S. Congress should hold hearings on the subject matter and penalize the broader industry accordingly. Executives and any lower-level employees involved in such crimes ought to go directly to prison, and whistleblowers provided both protection and substantial monetary rewards [in the millions of dollars] for their testimonies. It’s the only way to root the criminals out. In that our government already knows, these are serious violations affecting the constitutional rights of American citizens under the 4th and 14th amendments. Other amendments may apply.
