It has everything to do with the news industry. Perhaps its greatest attribute is that it’s a good depiction of what social media news has done to the calm-and-contentment of traditional news media. As a further matter, America’s mainstream media is likely doing everything within its power to keep a monopoly on what’s considered traditional news [or journalism]. But I suppose a good question might be, does traditional news, or “journalism,” really exist in a vacuum?
