By design, seductive journalism is meant to be sexually provocative, and so, I see no difference between anchors who are overexposing various parts of their bodies [i.e., cleavages, chests, legs, full-body profiles, etc.] from the image used to exemplify this post. Fundamentally speaking, seductive journalism in all its deceptive forms has the same look and appeal in terms of its underlying purposes, and that is to help drive news sales and to bolster personas. Share your feelings about seductive journalism in mainstream news media by wearing a seductive journalism rocks! or seductive journalism sucks! tee.
Incidentally, have anyone noticed CNN doesn’t have any heterosexual African American male anchors during its daytime and primetime programming schedules. No offense to the network’s Gay African American male anchors, but the inequity of heterosexual type anchors of the same sex and race makes for poor optics in my humble opinion.
