I saw a post on LinkedIn that reminded me just how far America has come, but not nearly as much as it reminded me about how far America needs to go, to help mitigate centuries and decades old effects of cultural immoralities, and innuendoes that were conceived to help bolster those sins, arrogance, and ideas that we are still faced with today.
