“He is risen.”
—Matthew 28:6
“Timeline of Jesus’ Last
Days, Crucifixion, and Resurrection”
This Easter, in the year of our Lord, 2026, perhaps our nation’s leaders could do a little soul-searching by examining all the things that reflect well on what they believe has been done right by its citizens, as well as what was achieved in the world’s best interest. On the other hand, it’s critical that our nation’s leaders reflect on matters that they believe were handled with reservation and/or absolute regret. We can stand together with humility and incessantly beg for God’s mercy over our nation’s misdeeds—or likewise, stand jubilant and give all glory to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for our good deeds as a nation.
We are living in volatile times. If you can see, understand, and feel at heart the relevance of this post, then I encourage you to join me in a silent prayer to our Lord and Savior. He has the capacity to simultaneously hear every heart that speaks to Him. In Jesus’ name. Amen! Have a safe Easter, and may God bless you and yours.
This may also interest you: Your prayers are needed for the members of our military’s safe return home as well as for America’s and Canada’s astronauts who are, at this moment, “shooting for the moon.”
