Senator Warren addresses Native Americans: she’d “focus on a wide-ranging plan she’s introduced that would target the dearth of federal funding that tribal nations have historically received. Her proposal would also enable tribes to enforce laws against non-tribal members and permanently establish a Cabinet-level position that focuses on Native American policies.”
Senator Warren rolls out medicare for all plan: “this proposal gives Warren an answer for the next time she is asked how she would pay for Medicare for All”
“No one gets rich on their own. And while the wealth gap increases, the climate crisis worsens, and more and more families are reaching the financial breaking point, no one should be able to hoard that much wealth without paying their fair share.” —Elizabeth Warren
With Elizabeth’s Ultra-Millionaire Tax—just a two cent tax on fortunes greater than $50 million—we could fund free public college for all. We could provide universal child care for every baby in this country. We could adequately and equitably fund K-12 public schools across America, give all of our children the quality education they deserve, fund universal school meals, and rewrite the rules of Washington to put working families first.” —Elizabeth Warren
