Byron Allen’s Landmark Lawsuit Nearing Supreme Court Deliberation
The reason mainstream media [ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX, MSNBC/NBC] is not giving this landmark lawsuit the kind of coverage it deserves is because these entities are a part of the undercarriage, infrastructure, eyes, ears, and voices that keep African American owned businesses and ideas starved of opportunity and growth, and so giving Byron’s lawsuit any significant coverage would be fundamentally destroying themselves; engaging in a metaphorical form of media cannibalism. Byron’s lawsuit will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court on November 13, 2019. Click here to see court’s November calendar.
