Black Men: Remembering The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment
Akin to the evils of slavery, the “Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment” was another part of dark American history that African Americans ought not forget, but particularly Black men considering their poor health care and high mortality rates as compared to other ethnic groups in America.

True Medical Tip: An Ophthalmologist provided me this information after lancing a cyst on my eyelid which had formed due to my tear ducts clogging. He suggested that I take a “clean hand towel” and add some mild soap to it; then wet it with warm water and gently massage my eyelids on a daily basis, or as often as I needed to prevent my tear ducts from clogging again and forming small cysts. Indeed, it worked, and I haven’t had a cyst formed on my eyelids for several years now.
